5 Breakfasts in 5 Minutes with Thermomix

Quick, healthy, and delicious breakfasts — for those who are short on time but want to take care of themselves and their families in the morning.

1. Eggs in a Cup with Avocado (5 min / 1 serving)

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Salt, pepper, herbs to taste
  • Instructions:

  1. Crack eggs into a silicone mold or small heatproof cup.
  2. Add salt and herbs.
  3. Place in the Varoma.
  4. Steam for 4 min / Varoma / speed 1.
  5. Serve with avocado slices and lemon.

2. Banana Oat Pancakes (Sugar-Free) (5 min / 1–2 servings)

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Instructions:

  1. Blend 15 sec / speed 5.
  2. Fry 1–2 min per side.

3. Energy Smoothie (2 min / 1 serving)

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 100 g strawberries or mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 200 ml almond or other milk
  • Instructions:
  • Blend 30 sec / speed 8.

4. Apple Pudding in 4 Minutes (1 serving)

Ingredients:
  • 1 apple (peeled, chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp honey or syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Instructions:

  1. Blend 20 sec / speed 5.
  2. Pour into a heatproof container.
  3. Cook in microwave 2–2.5 min, or oven at 180°C for 10–12 min, or air fryer 170°C for ~7 min.

5. Yogurt with Granola & Berries (1 min + prep ahead / 1 serving)

Ingredients:
  • Homemade yogurt (or store-bought, vegan options too)
  • Granola (can be prepped in advance in Thermomix)
  • Frozen or fresh berries
  • Instructions:

  1. Layer in a glass: yogurt – berries – granola.
  2. Serve cold or warm.
