Healthy chocolate spread — loved by kids and adults alike!

- Roasted hazelnuts – 150 g
- Cocoa powder – 20 g
- Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
- Pitted dates (soaked) – 6–8
- Vanilla (optional), pinch of salt
- Water or plant milk for texture
- Instructions:
- Blend nuts 30 sec / speed 10 to a paste.
- Add dates, cocoa, oil, vanilla, salt, and a bit of liquid.
- Blend 40 sec / speed 6–8 until smooth.
- Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
