Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients:

  • Fresh or Pomi tomatoes – 500 g
  • Apple – 1
  • Onion – 1/2
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Apple cider vinegar – 30 g
  • Salt, pepper, spices to taste
  • Sugar or syrup to taste
  • Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl.
  2. Cook 30 min / 100°C / speed 2.
  3. Then blend 30 sec / speed 8.
  4. Cool & store in a jar for up to 2 weeks

Homemade Jam (Any Fruit or Berries)

Ingredients:

  • Fruit or berries – 500 g
  • Sugar or syrup – 150 g
  • Pectin (optional) – 1 tsp
  • Instructions:

  1. Mix in the bowl.
  2. Cook 25 min / 100°C / speed 1 (no lid, use simmering basket).
  3. Optional: blend 5 sec / speed 5 for smoother texture.

Homemade Mayonnaise

Perfect for sandwiches, salads, toasts

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Instructions:

  1. Add everything to the bowl (egg first).
  2. 1 min / speed 4 with butterfly whisk.
  3. Increase to speed 6. Done!
  4. Store in a glass jar up to 5 days in the fridge.
