Ingredients:
Fresh or Pomi tomatoes – 500 g
Apple – 1
Onion – 1/2
Garlic – 1 clove
Apple cider vinegar – 30 g
Salt, pepper, spices to taste
Sugar or syrup to taste
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the bowl.
Cook 30 min / 100°C / speed 2.
Then blend 30 sec / speed 8.
Cool & store in a jar for up to 2 weeks
Homemade Jam (Any Fruit or Berries)
Ingredients:
Fruit or berries – 500 g
Sugar or syrup – 150 g
Pectin (optional) – 1 tsp
Instructions:
Mix in the bowl.
Cook 25 min / 100°C / speed 1 (no lid, use simmering basket).
Optional: blend 5 sec / speed 5 for smoother texture.
Homemade Mayonnaise
Perfect for sandwiches, salads, toasts
Ingredients:
1 egg
250 ml vegetable oil
1 tsp mustard
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Add everything to the bowl (egg first).
1 min / speed 4 with butterfly whisk.
Increase to speed 6. Done!
Store in a glass jar up to 5 days in the fridge.
